Return & Exchange
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only for unused, undamaged items in their original packaging. Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Customized bouquets, special-made floral arrangements, and clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged.
3. Return Process
To start a return, contact us with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive return instructions and the return address.
4. Return Shipping Cost
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. We do not provide prepaid return labels unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
5. Exchanges
Exchanges are only accepted if the wrong item was delivered or the item arrived damaged. Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, send us clear photos within 48 hours. We will review the issue and offer a replacement or refund.
7. Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
8. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
