If your package is damaged or lost during transit, contact us immediately. We will assist in filing a claim with the courier. Refunds or replacements depend on courier approval.

All items are carefully packaged to protect the floral arrangements during transit. Fragile items receive extra cushioning to ensure safe delivery.
